General dentistry
The filling you've been meaning to deal with doesn't care how busy your fall got. Dr. Nour's side of the practice covers the care that keeps small problems small, planned with digital X-rays and 3D imaging when a closer look matters:
- Cleanings and exams: the visits that catch trouble while it's still cheap to fix.
- Tooth-colored fillings: including replacing old silver fillings when appropriate.
- Crowns, bridges, and dentures: lab-crafted in the material that fits your case.
- Root canals: performed with modern rotary instruments and imaging that finds the real problem.
- Gum disease treatment: starting with deep cleanings rather than surgery.
Where a specialist would do better, like surgical gum treatment, we say so and refer you to one we trust. And because a toothache doesn't wait for the schedule, we hold same-day emergency appointments whenever possible. You don't need to be an existing patient to use one.
Kids dentistry
Bring your child by their first birthday, or whenever the first tooth shows up. Early visits with Dr. Hooman are short and unhurried: an exam, a cavity-risk check, and honest answers about thumbs, pacifiers, and what's normal. As kids grow, the care grows with them:
- Exams, cleanings, fluoride, and sealants: the prevention that keeps drills out of the picture.
- Silver diamine fluoride: a way to stop a small cavity without a drill.
- Tooth-colored fillings and crowns sized for baby teeth: when a cavity has already won.
- Space maintainers: holding room for the adult tooth when a baby tooth leaves early.
- Care after dental injuries: because kids fall, and usually at dinner time.
The office is built for them: a play area up front, TVs overhead, headphones if the sounds bother them, a prize on the way out. Children with sensory sensitivities and special needs get visits planned with parents before anyone sits in the chair.
Cosmetic dentistry
Some people stop smiling in photos years before they mention it to anyone. If that’s your case, the right solution depends on what’s bothering you.
- Bonding: a small chip repaired in a single visit.
- Professional whitening: in the office or at home. Ask about our seasonal promotions.
- Veneers: lab-crafted, with a digital preview of your new smile and temporaries to wear before anything is final. No-prep options exist for suitable cases.
- Botox: for cosmetic use as well as pain relief.
You'll see what the result looks like before you commit to it. That's the point of the preview.
Sedation dentistry
We offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and general anesthesia for adults as well as for children. Tell us what past visits have been like, and we'll match the option to the appointment. Some patients want the edge taken off a cleaning; others would rather sleep through a longer procedure.
The dentists behind your care
Dr. Hooman built the kids' side around removing the reasons children dread the dentist. Dr. Nour built the adult side around conversation first, treatment second. As a husband and wife, they visualized this office as the practice they wanted their own family to have.
Orthodontics and clear aligners
- Clear aligners: for teens and adults with mild to moderate crowding or spacing, planned from a digital scan with no impression trays.
- Interceptive evaluations for kids: catching problems while jaws are still growing.
- Retainers: removable or bonded, protecting the result when treatment ends.
Complex cases go to an orthodontic specialist we trust.
Dental implants
A missing tooth impacts how you chew, what you eat, and your confidence. Our implants are planned and placed in our Mesa office, using 3D CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and guided placement when indicated, with same-day options in applicable cases.
At our practice, an implant consultation is a conversation: a full exam, imaging, and a clear rundown of options, timeline, and costs before you commit. If you are suffering from bone loss, we handle grafting and socket preservation here as well. And if another office already gave you an implant plan you're unsure about, bring it. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller treatment.
Frenectomies (tongue-tie and lip-tie release)
Sometimes it's a speech therapist who first says the words “tongue-tie.” For patients age three and up, we release tongue and lip-ties with a CO2 laser after a thorough evaluation to confirm treatment will help. You'll leave knowing the aftercare, including the stretching exercises that make the result last.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Delta Dental, United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, MetLife, Principal, Guardian, Connection Dental/GEHA, and Medicaid. Financing is available for larger treatments, as well as a membership plan for uninsured families.
Yes, that's the point of the practice. One check-in covers the family, and you and your kids go back at the same time. You're welcome to sit in on your child's exam.
Yes. Once we open, same-day emergency appointments are available whenever possible, and limited after-hours care is available for urgent needs. First-time patients are welcome to use them.
Then you're exactly who the adult side of this practice was designed for. The first visit is a conversation and a full picture of where things stand, not a lecture. Sedation is available if that's what it takes.
