Before you arrive
Have your insurance details ready when you book so we can check your coverage ahead of your visit. We'll get your new patient forms to you once your appointment is set, so your first visit starts on time.
What the first visit looks like
Adult first visits with Dr. Nour begin with your health history and whatever concerns you have, followed by a comprehensive exam with digital imaging, a walkthrough of what she found, and a plan you understand before you leave. Nothing gets scheduled until your questions run out.
Kids’ first visits with Dr. Hooman start by age one, or whenever the first tooth arrives. They’re gentle and mostly educational: an exam, a cavity-risk check, and real answers about brushing, bottles, and nutrition.

The comfort details
We believe little things make a big difference in your visit. A digital scanner instead of impression goo. Low-radiation 3D imaging, used only when it’s needed. A team that treats you with respect and goes the extra mile to help you feel comfortable.
For kids, a play area for the wait and TVs overhead during treatment. And if you or your little one feel anxious about your visit, nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and anesthesia are available.
What will it cost?
Cost depends on what we find. But at Little and Big Smiles Dentistry, you’ll never be surprised by a bill you didn’t discuss first.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including Delta Dental, United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, MetLife, Principal, Guardian, Connection Dental/GEHA, and Medicaid.
Your appointment, in your language
You can have your visit in English, Spanish, Persian, or Arabic. Nobody should have to translate a treatment plan or agree to something they only mostly followed.
Mention your preference when you book and the right person will be in the room.
